What it does

- A side, a costume, a weapon and a name. No account.

- A live arena with other players, team scores, a global kill bar and a share card.

- You press Play and shoot the other team, with a keyboard and mouse or with touch sticks on a phone.
The story
I wanted a game you can play ten seconds after you open the link. No login, no install.
Four server processes run the arenas. A new player goes to the first one with room. Each arena has at most five AI players, and the global score counts only humans.
Load test: 2,000 players for 185 seconds, zero errors, round trip p95 26 ms. At 3,000 players p99 rose to 104 ms, so the limit sits between 3,000 and 4,000. Most of the cost is in sending, not in the game rules.
