The story
HookOS is for people who do not code and want to build websites for local businesses. A sample site sells better than a pitch, so the product builds the sample first.
Simplicity is the requirement here, not the polish. An engineer word on the screen counts as a bug. The fresh account, from signup to the first sample site, is the product, and I walk it myself.
A sample is made before anyone pays, so each one has to be cheap. In October one model call built a site with 5,611 output tokens on average.
The open problem is facts. The October audit found sample sites without addresses that the data already had. That repair is next.
